Big congratulations to WKU’s Ivor Thomas!

From Wednesday 4th June – Sunday 10 June 2014 Ivor has been in Izmir in Turkey attending the 12th European Karate Championships for the Regions.

Ivor was officiating at the Championships as well as doing his referee exams to qualify as a European Karate Referee which he passed with flying colours. He says “I’m absolutely over the moon!”

He has done WKU proud. It’s great result and a worthy reward for all Ivor’s hard work and dedication.
