Saturday 4th November 2.00pm-4.00pm at Highwoods Leisure Centre, Colchester – Students from Colchester, Great Tey, Brightlingsea, Great Bentley & Sudbury WKU Clubs enjoyed the two hour free Kata Course run by Les Birkin and other senior grades.
