Sunday 06 January 2013 WKU Squad selection at Bristol Dojo for the English Kyu Grade Championship in Sheffield Sunday 20 January 2013). There will be no training – only selection for the event.
WKU referees – Ivor Thomas, Brian Wragg, Nigel Lagson and Gary Doughty attended the British Open Karate Championships in Glasgow 6 and 7 October 2012. After two very exhausting days on the Tatamis (finish time was 10.00pm on the Saturday), Nigel was promoted to British Kumite Referee and Brian was reinstated as British Kumite Referee.
Weekend 6th & 7th October 2012 saw the Western Karate Union Squad travel to Glasgow, Scotland to compete at the British Open Karate Championships.
