WKU Referee achieves Kata Judge A at EKF Kata Course

Sunday 6th March  2014 saw WKU’s Ivor Thomas on route to Hull to attend an EKF Kata Course.

The morning was spent going through the rule book and analysing Kata,s followed by a theory exam. The afternoon was then spent going through katas of other styles.

On completion of the course Ivor was informed that he had passed the theory exam and had been up graded to Kata Judge A.

So more success for the WKU Referees Department
